These pork dumplings from Haiku were perfect fare for a cold winter's night. The wrappers, delicate; the pork, tasty; the sauce, hot and spicy.
If only the heating unit for the restaurant had been able to keep up with the heat of the dumplings...

Hi PJ! Thanks for dropping by and glad you enjoyed the dumplings. Sorry for the restaurant chill; our main rooftop heating unit failed last week and the storm delayed delivery of the replacement. The so-called "emergency heat" function keeps us above freezing, and the new unit should be installed Monday!
