To celebrate its first anniversary The Roosevelt is hosting a wine dinner featuring Virginia winemaker extraordinaire Gabriele Rausse. The theme is Veneto @ The Roosevelt. $45 per person plus tax and tip on Sunday, July 29 beginning at 7 PM. I'm sure these tickets will go fast. Teaser (a traditional Veneto dish)
Crostini, sardine in saor, whipped lardo (passed/teaser)
Monkfish, porcini, cauliflower, salsa verde, anchovy bread crumbs
Smoked pork shoulder, polenta, cranberry beans, cabbage, Virginia clams
Olive oil cake, mascarpone, orange sorbet
