It is wonderful to read about London through fresh eyes, and your dining experiences, .. well lets just say your budget took you to places I've never considered eating at!<br /><br />I am your SIL Bev's 'Local' friend, I live in Kent an hour out of London, and tried to get in touch with you while you were here. Unfortunately, the concierge at your apartment wasn't too helpful with that. I think most people wouldn't go to London for the food but you managed to find some good stuff--although why you'd expect a good French restaurant in London, I don't know. ;) Mom and I ate at the cafeteria at the Tower last summer and were pleasantly surprised as well.
